A Meditation: Spinning Tops
This final year project focuses on infusing into the design and play of spinning tops two key concepts embodied by the spiral: the meditative journey that is in embodied by the spiral, and quality of duality that underlies that metaphorical journey.
This was achieved through the form and function of the spinning tops, the non-specific sequence in spinning the tops, and eliminating unnecessary details in the booth design.
